In case the PR industry needed another reason to use the Internet for outreach, here’s one.

Forty-seven percent of adult Americans have high-speed Internet connection at home, according a Pew Internet & American Life Project report. While home broadband users are mostly still suburban and wealthy urban dwellers, that’s changing. For instance, 40 % of African-Americans and 31 % rural adult use broadband at home. The report also says that 29 % of Hispanic adults use broadband at home.
