Taylor rises to top comms spot at Accenture

NEW YORK: Accenture has promoted Roxanne Taylor to the role of chief marketing and communications officer. She succeeds James E. Murphy, who is retiring after 14 years in that position. Since 1995, Taylor has served as MD of corporate communications for the global management consulting and technology services company; prior to joining Accenture, she was director of corporate communications for Reuters. Taylor previously held a variety of marketing, product development, and sales roles with corporations including Citicorp, Credit Suisse Bank, and the Deak-Perera Group.
