It seems as if there’s a new tactic in competition between media outlets: Wikipedia vandalism. That’s right. Allegedly, The New York Times has altered The Wall Street Journal’s entry, and Fox News has adjusted entries on Keith Olbermann, Brit Hume, and Al Franken, among others. How do we know? Griffith claims one reason he created WikiScanner was “to create minor public relations disasters for companies and organizations I dislike.”
