Ogilvy taps Dowling for creative role

LONDON: Ogilvy PR has named Jim Dowling as its creative director, EMEA, a newly created position. Dowling will be responsible for "driving creative brand building" in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He was formerly Ogilvy's director of strategy and planning in APAC.
