Silicon.com is reporting that 50% of respondents to their online poll said they don't think business blogs are a good way for companies to communicate with customers, while 35% think blogs are beneficial. Interestingly, the number of blog skeptics is on the rise. In last year's poll, only 38% voted against business blogging.
So blog awareness is up -- last year 14% of respondents didn't know what a blog was, that figure was only 2% this year. But so are suspicions.
