Comms division reorg for National Geographic

WASHINGTON: The National Geographic Society has reorganized its communications division. The newly structured team is headed by EVP Betty Hudson, who oversees strategic comms and PR across the Society and its subsidiaries. Significant reorganization changes include the appointment of two new VPs: Former director of communications Ellen Stanley has been promoted to VP, communications, ventures; and former director of communications Mimi Koumanelis to VP, communications, mission programs.
