The PR firm for Brazilian beachwear line Rosa Cha, “a line trying to build cachet in the U.S.,” applied the strategy and met success when Daisy Fuentes, Mena Suvari, and pop star JC Chasez rolled up to the show in the provided car service.
Providing a car is critical to getting famous people to an event, says Courtney Routt, a publicist who specializes in booking celebrities: “Once they’re in the car, you know where they are and you can get them to your show.”
Really, how do you flake out if the car is there waiting? So simple and so genius!
