MIAMI: Carnival Cruise Lines has hired Ruben Rodriguez as EVP of marketing and guest experience, effective Oct. 29. In his new role, Rodriguez will be responsible for overseeing Carnival’s marketing, PR, guest experience, and product development efforts; he will report directly to company president and CEO Gerry Cahill. Prior to joining Carnival, Rodriguez was a partner and MD in the Miami office of Boston Consulting Group.
