WASHINGTON: Burson-Marsteller public affairs subsidiary BKSH helped beleaguered private security contractor Blackwater prepare for its recent Congressional hearings, according to a statement from BM. The statement said that the engagement arose "Through a personal relationship," and that it has not ended. The AP reported that BKSH MD and former Coalition Provisional Authority director of strategic communications Robert Tappan worked on the account.
