The New York Daily News trumpeted last week that it had the exclusive interview with Hillary Clinton surrounding her 60th birthday. While this claim seems to be valid - no other publication is trying to claim such an "exclusive" - it appears to be of dubious importance. So they were right to claim "exclusivity."
This led me to a question - I was wondering if any of you had set up an interview with an outlet that they claimed was an "exclusive," when it was clearly not the case? Anecdotes are greatly appreciated.
