WASHINGTON: Former White House chief of staff and US secretary of transportation Andy Card has joined Fleishman-Hillard’s international advisory board as a senior counselor. Card, who will help provide clients with public policy analysis, most recently spent six years as chief of staff in the Bush administration. Previously, he was VP of government relations at GM, CEO of the American Automobile Manufacturers Association, and secretary of transportation during the George H.W. Bush administration.
