WASHINGTON: Ken Deutsch, former manager of Issue Dynamics’ Internet practice, has joined Virilion as SVP and head of the firm’s public affairs practice. Deutsch has worked on a number of political and public affairs Internet sites over the years, most recently creating DirectChange.org, which raises funding for grassroots African projects.
