Ostrowski to become PN chairman; Stockman appointed CEO

NEW YORK: Porter Novelli (PN) has announced that CEO Helen Ostrowski, who assumed that role in 2003, will become the agency's chairman, effective January 1, 2008. Gary Stockman has been named CEO and both Julie Winskie and Jean Wyllie will become presidents of the firm. Stockman has been with PN for 12 years and has held a number of positions, including COO. He was previously the firm's president. Winksie will be PN's North American president while continuing in her role as chief client officer, working with the agency's global clients and teams. Wyllie will be president of the firm's Europe/Middle East/Africa region while continuing to lead the digital and social media efforts of the firm as chief invention officer. Ostrowski will continue to support PN's staff, clients, and network members as chairman.
