NEW YORK: Rubenstein PR has hired three new VPs. Joshua Greenwald, formerly a VP at Berns Communication, has been hired as an SVP; Isabel Quinteros, formerly of 5WPR, has joined as an associate VP; and Colleen McCarthy, formerly the associate director of consumer PR at Steve & Barry's, has joined as an associate VP.
