The technical problem was identified on January 28th at 5:15 pm (PST) and the process was aborted immediately. The affected users were contained to a limited number of registrants in the PRWeek database. Passwords for these affected users were subsequently changed as of 6:30 pm (PST) on the same day.
We are certain that no new emails are currently being sent, but we understand that some users are still experiencing heavy email volume due to the nature of how some internet and email service providers process emails.
