MS&L, Ogilvy, Edelman, Weber Shandwick, Euro RSCG Worldwide, Abernathy MacGregor, Alison Brod PR, Cone, Strauss Radio Strategies, and Sunshine, Sachs & Associates were selected after a review of "dozens" of firms, said Leslie Cafferty, IAC's manager of corporate communications.
Digital media and consumer branding will factor into communications strategy, but other tactics will be selected on a project basis. IAC brands will have access to the 10 firms, but specific budgets for each have not been determined.
Jonathan Sanchez, former SVP and CCO at IAC, recently left the company to co-launch a marketing consulting startup.
