IPR introduces Essential Knowledge Project

GAINESVILLE, FL: The Institute for Public Relations (IPR) has introduced the Essential Knowledge Project, a free online guide to research into how organizations build and manage relationships with customers, communities, employees, and other stakeholders. Among the communications and business school professors who helped conceive the project are Paul Argenti, Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth; Stephen Greyser, Harvard Business School; and Don W. Stacks, University of Miami.
