Goldberg named chair of BM US corporate and financial practice

NEW YORK: Burson-Marsteller (BM) has appointed Andrew Goldberg chairman of the US corporate and financial practice. Goldberg is returning to BM after serving as director of corporate affairs in the early 1990s. Prior to his return, he was founder and chair of AGG International, a BM subsidiary that conducts strategic research and brand positioning for Fortune 1,000 companies in the automotive, aerospace, defense, financial, consumer products, and transportation sectors. In his new position, Goldberg will work closely with Josh Gottheimer, EVP worldwide, and Patrick Ford, US president and CEO to build upon the unit.
