CLEVELAND: Robert Falls & Co. promoted both Julie Brosien and Joe Mosbrook to VP. While Brosien will manage the account management team, focusing on product launches, media relations, special event coordination and copywriting, Mosbrook will supervise such charges, as media crisis prevention and consulting, as well as agency business development.
