While some analysts are blaming an overly cautious FAA for last week's travel nightmare in the American Airlines' wing of airports across the country, another group is taking aim at the company's executives. A new Web site "Tell Your AA Story: We're Listening," says it is produced by a "group of concerned American Airlines employees" that want to take the passengers' travel horror stories straight to management.
"We want to improve the passenger experience, and we believe your story needs to be told in order to underscore that point to a management seemingly unaware of the street-level effects of poor management decisions," the homepage says.
Other reports say the airline's pilots plan to protest executive bonuses tomorrow, April 15.
