The Sound radio station goes to BIG

LOS ANGELES: The Sound, a Los Angeles radio station launched in April, hired Big Imagination Group (BIG) as PR AOR, effective August 1, after a multiple-round RFP, said Colette Brooks, the chief imagination officer at BIG. With experience in the LA music scene, BIG was chosen to oversee PR as The Sound (100.3 FM) is introduced to the Los Angeles area. The agency will use on-air, online, and on-the-ground promotions for the station's community outreach programs, including environmental causes and supporting music in public schools, Brooks told PRWeek.
