Rapper Will.I.Am called the event the first “batonical” convention – meaning a theoretical baton has been passed to new media. Meanwhile, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette highlighted the “big tent,” the blogger refuge just a short walk from Denver's Pepsi Center.
