RF hires Ross as EVP, MD of DC office
WASHINGTON: Ruder Finn hired Jessica Berk Ross as EVP and MD of its DC office, effective October 20. Ross has owned her own consulting firm since 2001 and previously served as Hill & Knowlton’s public affairs practice director. Ross replaces Neil Dhillon, who left RF in September to become MD of MS&L's DC office and head of the agency’s national public affairs practice.
