WASHINGTON: San Francisco-based Allison & Partners named Dan Drummond GM of its DC office, replacing Christopher Cullen. The firm did not provide an explanation for the departure of Cullen, who joined the agency in January 2007. Drummond most recently was an SVP at Powell Tate, and prior to that was communications director for Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA). Drummond is currently a member of the Fairfax City, VA, city council.
