Cisneros to head public affairs for 2010 Census
WASHINGTON: The US Census Bureau named Raul Cisneros chief of the decennial media relations branch, in charge of the public affairs and media relations for the 2010 Census. Cisneros most recently was the Small Business Administration’s deputy associate administrator in the office of field operations as well as deputy chief of staff.
