RED BANK, NJ: Utopia Communications promoted Elliott Subervi to SVP of national operations and Shannon Holt to MD, effective November 26. Holt, a former account manager, replaced Subervi while Subervi was promoted to a new position. Both will continue to report to Ann Subervi, president. The Red Bank, NJ-based firm also opened five new satellite offices in Miami, Cincinnati, Houston, Denver, and Walnut Creek, CA. No new hires were made in conjuction with the opening of those offices.
