STRATFORD, ONTARIO: The Stratford Shakespeare Festival has hired Elizabeth Bradley as senior artistic associate to help it expand its international connections.
In her role, she will assist the festival in establishing relationships that help it export productions, create opportunities for collaborations, and suggest new markets of interest. She will also act as an ambassador for the festival. Bradley accepted the position as an unpaid volunteer for the first year.
Bradley is based in New York, where she recently assumed the chair of drama for the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. This marks Bradley's return to Stratford; she previously was the director of communications and special projects for the Stratford Festival.
