ATLANTA: Primrose Schools, the franchiser of early childhood centers nationwide, hired Jackson Spalding as AOR for enrollment, crisis communications, and its children's foundation, effective January 1.* The agency, which won the account after a competitive RFP, will position Primrose as a leader in early childhood education, increase enrollment, and create a social media component for the company. Deerfield, IL-based Fishman Public Relations handles franchise communications for Primrose Schools. *An earlier version had an effective date of October 30. That was when the contract was signed, but the effective date of the account is January 1.
