SAN FRANCISCO: Fineman PR expanded its multicultural communications division by launching Mosaico, a Latino and multicultural communications practice. The agency has offered multicultural PR under the general market brand since 2005, but recently branded the division and launched a Web site. Mosaico will be run by Juan Lezama and its first new client is Internet-based money transfer company Xoom Corporation.
