LOS ANGELES: JS2 Communications has signed a prominent theater chain and a growing coffee franchise to agency-of-record deals.
The two-year-old boutique agency signed Pacific Theaters last month.
Pacific operates two of Los Angeles' newest and most high-profile film venues: The ArcLight Cinema in Hollywood, and the Grove Cinemas in central Los Angeles.
Since opening last year, both locations have established themselves as entertainment-industry favorites for premieres.
JS2 will focus its efforts on a branding campaign.
"It's about promoting them as a family-run and family-operated business, and it's about really bringing them to the forefront of a new movie experience," said JS2 CEO Jeff Smith.
JS2 also signed Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, a popular franchise with locations in Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, and Asia. The company currently has plans to expand.
