NEW YORK: West Glen Communications has entered an exclusive agreement with Cymfony. The partnership makes West Glen the sole broadcast PR company capable of offering Cymfony's analytics software application, Brand Dashboard.
The customized tool identifies relevant media information and automatically analyzes it. Content is then organized into online reports and charts that reflect the impact of a campaign.
Andrew Bernstein, CEO of Cymfony, cited Brand Dashboard's focus on the media as a distinguishing factor from Nielsen ratings - the broadcast industry's traditional form of tracking content.
Mark Dembo, COO of West Glen, added, "Knowing how a company is being perceived by the media provides a more reliable measure for what effect their messages are having."
