PR has a crucial role to play in the marketing mix, but sometimes has trouble proving its value. The PRWeek conference brings marketing teams together to talk about how they are organized, and how they measure their programs. The vital role that PR plays in building great brands is a theme that runs throughout the program.

Participants represent advertising, direct marketing, branding, and PR agencies, as well as their in-house clients.

Speakers include Beth Comstock, VP of corporate communications for GE; Andy Lark, VP of global communications and marketing for Sun Microsystems; and Jeff Davidoff, director of marketing for Whirlpool.
