STAMFORD, CT: Office-supply manufacturer Esselte has selected Ruder Finn to implement a global PR program.
The campaign will utilize between seven and 10 of Ruder Finn's international offices, according to Richard Funess, president of Ruder Finn Americas, which will include the agency's Paris, UK, Netherlands, and Shanghai offices. All operations will be managed from the New York office, emphasizing brand awareness and value proposition among corporate stakeholders.
Esselte will still retain its AOR of 15 years, New York-based HWH Public Relations, which will continue to handle the company's PR in the US.
Esselte, the parent company of brands such as DYMO, Pendaflex, Oxford, and Leitz, is itself owned by Boston-based private-equity investment firm JW Childs.
"[Ruder Finn] understands our communications challenges and goals, and I am confident they will be a dynamic partner for Esselte as we continue to elevate our global corporate identity," said Helena Wong, Esselte's CMO and president of Esselte Asia Pacific.
