NEW YORK: The American Arbitration Association (AAA), a nonprofit that provides conflict-management and dispute-resolutions services, has named the The MWW Group as its AOR.
MWW will help AAA's three-person corporate communications team approach PR proactively. "We want them to help us on a strategic communications plan across the board, and that will eventually involve creating campaigns," said Kersten Norlin, VP of corporate communications at AAA.
MWW group VP Rich Tauberman said, "There are a number of opportunities for us to introduce AAA to new constituencies and to build its brand and an awareness of who they are - an 80-year-old organization - and to help allay any misperceptions out there. Arbitration provides a cost-efficient and timely alternative, and we want to get that across to folks."
