NEW YORK: Financial Dynamics has hired Amy Rosenberg as SVP in the firm's corporate communications practice. Previously, Rosenberg worked with UBS Investment Bank as director of media relations.

OVERLAND PARK, KS: GE Employers Reinsurance Corp. has named Constance Ward to a newly created position of global communications leader for its property and casualty business. Ward relocated from Switzerland to take up the new position.

SAN MATEO, CA: Biz360 has launched Market360 Analyst, a version of its software-as-service application designed for industry-analyst-relations professionals. The company has also launched two add-ons to Market360: Point of View Sentiment, which automatically rates the sentiment of a company's media coverage (and is also to be offered to Carma FullCircle clients), and a Goals, Campaigns and Contacts option.

DETROIT: CareTech Solutions, a healthcare IT-outsourcing company, has selected Airfoil PR as its agency of record. Airfoil will focus on improving CareTech's brand identity and increasing its market share.
