NEW YORK: PRWeek, together with marketing research company Millward Brown, is launching a new survey to identify the key attributes of superior client service.
The survey will ask those retaining and working with PR agencies to assess their level of satisfaction with their current firms based on a range of criteria.
"During the past six months, we have been developing this survey in order to highlight best practices and the most outstanding agencies across a number of key areas," said Lisa Kirk, PRWeek's president and publishing director.
"Working with Millward Brown, we are proud to offer the PR industry the most authoritative information possible on the effectiveness of PR firms as they service their clients," added Kirk.
Millward Brown has been assisting PRWeek through all stages of the survey's development. "As a world leader in marketing research, we will provide PRWeek with great talent and expertise behind this study, resulting in informative data for the PR industry," said Mary Ann Packo, Millward Brown's chief client and marketing officer.
The top-line results of the survey will appear in PRWeek.
