NEW YORK: The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH has chosen Plesser Associates to help increase its visibility in global business media. The firm has been charged with raising the awareness of Tuck by promoting its faculty, research, students, and programs through media relations and special events.

HIGH POINT, NC: Monty Hagler has been appointed president of Trone Public Relations. Previously, he served as president of CapStrat, a Raleigh, NC-based PR firm.

LITTLETON, CO: Stanton & Associates has been selected by three international software vendors to provide marketing and PR services to support their product launches in the US, including MediaLibrary, Paradigm Limited, and inteRAD.

OVERLAND PARK, KA: GlynnDevins Advertising and Marketing has hired Randy Eilts as its new director of PR. Eilts will be responsible for developing the full spectrum of PR offerings for the agency's clients nationwide, as well as pursuing new business development.

NEW YORK: Ketchum has added three new partners to the firm's management team, including Rob Lorfink, chief financial officer; Susan Molinari, president, public affairs and chairman/CEO, The Washington Group; and J. Adaire Putnam, director of Ketchum Midwest. Kelley Murray Skoloda, director of Ketchum's global brand marketing practice, has been appointed associate director of Ketchum Midwest.

NEW YORK and LONDON: Porter Novelli has given global partnership director Ada Parr the added responsibility of regional director for Asia-Pacific. The agency has also promoted Sally Williams to group development director for the EMEA region. She will be responsible for new business and brand development across the region and will sit on the EMEA management board.

NEW YORK: The PRSA has signed a 13-year lease agreement to relocate its national headquarters from its current location at 33 Irving Place to 33 Maiden Lane in downtown Manhattan's financial district.

NEW YORK: Schieffelin & Somerset, exclusive US distributor of such premium wines and spirits as Johnnie Walker, Hennessy, Moet & Chandon, and Dom P?rignon, has expanded its marketing team by adding Israel Canc?l as manager of multicultural initiatives. Canc?l will help the distributor's portfolio of brands continue to strengthen their relationships with US Hispanics.

NEW YORK: Financial Relations Board has appointed Robert Leahy to the position of EVP and GM of the agency's New York office. Leahy will oversee operations, including client service, counsel, and business development activities.

TAMPA, FL: Tampa Digital Studios (TDS), a multimedia production firm, has appointed Michael Piotrowski as director, public and media relations. In this role, Piotrowski will execute the company's day-to-day and long-term PR strategy and activities, as well as focus on the PR and media requirements of TDS clients.

SACRAMENTO, CA: Robert Deen, MD of Ogilvy PR Worldwide's Sacramento office, is leaving the agency February 15. Ogilvy acquired Deen and Black PR three years ago. Christi Black will remain in the Sacramento office as MD. SVP Beverly Kennedywill take over the day-to-day operations of the office. Deen explained that he wanted to spend time at the home he built in Boise, ID, but he said that he might return to PR as a consultant.

PALO ALTO, CA: Lisa Poulson has joined Citigate Cunningham's Silicon Valley headquarters as a VP. She will focus on the agency's corporate practice. Poulson has held communications positions with Sun Microsystems, Tumbleweed Communications, and Burson-Marsteller. Citigate Cunningham has also promoted Melissa Brenton and Patrick Ward to VPs in the Cambridge, MA office.
