New York: Euro RSCG Worldwide, a unit of Havas, announced the formation of global marketing services and digital brand Euro RSCG 4D. Existing entities Euro RSCG Marketing Services and Euro RSCG Interaction will be aligned with the new agencies that joined Euro RSCG during the September 2003 Havas reorganization, such as Euro RSCG Skybridge, EHS Brann, Brann Worldwide, and NRS.
Havas utilized the alignment-under-one-group strategy in the past, when it created the Diversified Agenies Group that housed the holding company's PR agencies, including Magnet, Abernathy MacGregor, and Noonan Russo. That group was dismantled in 2001 and the PR agencies were aligned with Havas' ad agencies.
George Gallate, an EVP of Euro RSCG Worldwide and current global CEO of Euro RSCG Interaction will lead the brand. Gallate also serves as global brand director of Intel and will continue to run the business in addition to his new responsibilities.
Euro RSCG 4D will assimilate the agency's services into four strategic service offerings: direct (CRM, DRTV, direct marketing), digital (interactive), drive (promotion, event, retail, channel, design, merchandising and brand experience), and data (modeling and analysis).
Clients include Intel, Peugeot, Carrefour, Diesel, Reckitt-Benckiser, Diageo, and Citigroup. The brand will combine 118 offices, 45 businesses and employ over 5,000 people in 42 countries.
