Los Angeles: The Chandler Chicco Agency this month celebrated the opening of its Los Angeles office. The new outpost will serve three high-profile biotech clients: Amgen, Allergan, and Genentech.
"It makes so much sense to respond to clients in their own back yard," said Julie Adrian, who joins from Cohn & Wolfe to head the office, which has a staff of nine and is still hiring.
In Washington, DC, the agency last week appointed Jeff Nesbit as MD of that new office.
Nesbit is best known from his days as communications director for VP Dan Quayle during the first Bush Administration. Before that he had served as associate commissioner and chief of staff to FDA commissioner David Kessler and special assistant for public affairs for labor secretary Elizabeth Dole.
