NEW YORK: Jerome Leshne has been appointed the Interpublic Group's new VP of financial planning, analysis, and investor relations, the firm announced Monday.
Leshne starts immediately and reports jointly to CFO Robert Thompson and corporate communications director Philippe Krakowsky.
"Jerry will further advance globally integrated planning and analysis as a cornerstone of our company's financial accountability and responsibility," Thompson said in a company release.
Leshne had been head of fixed income management at the wealth and investment management firm Rockefeller & Company, and, before that, had been VP of IR at Dow Jones & Company.
IPG is one of the world's largest agency holding companies, and includes PR firms Weber Shandwick, DeVries PR, Golin/Harris, and MWW Group.
