Revenue is defined as revenue generated by all regions excluding the region in which your agency is headquartered. Revenue increased 14% from $16,200,758 to $18,463,064 How has international staffing changed from one year ago? Increased 2% (from 241 to 246) Did performance meet or exceed expectations, or not? Please explain why. What external factors such as the war in Iraq, political issues, cultural issues, affected performance? At 10%, our growth met our expectations. We are seeing an increasing trend in demand for greater global and regional consistency and implementation. What business have you won, or lost, in the past year due to a global consolidation of PR business by the client? Please list: We expanded our relationships into additional markets with a number of clients, including NTT/Verio (into Europe and the US), ViewSonic (into Europe), Xerox (into Asia Pacific), Patni Consulting (into the US), IBM (into further Asian markets), Siebel (across Europe) and ARM (into the US and Asia Pacific). What regions are performing best right now and why? What regions are under-performing? The technology industry is experiencing growth momentum, and our business is growing worldwide China is one of the world?s fastest growing economies, with the IT industry expected to be worth in the region of $50 billion by 2005. With the opening of our Beijing office, we were very proud therefore to hear from the Public Relations Society of China (PRSC) that we are the first PR agency in the world to set up our business as a wholly owned foreign subsidiary. We expect continued growth in mainland China. What region do you plan to invest more resources in this year than you did one year ago and why? What region are you decreasing investment in and why? In the last year we made significant investments in both EMEA and APAC, with the opening of two new offices in China (Beijing and Shanghai) and an office in Copenhagen. In addition, we strengthened our management team across all three regions with the addition of a regional director in the US and several vice president or above hires in all three regions. In the coming year we plan to continue to invest in all regions as we strive to meet our goal of becoming the largest global technology agency. What new region/country will you consider entering this year and why? Are you considering international acquisitions or organic growth? While not specifically considering expanding in any one region at the moment, we are always looking for new opportunities to grow our business, either through organic growth or acquisition.
