STAMFORD, CT: Gartner, one of the world's largest technology research and analyst firms, has selected Text 100 to provide communications strategy and services in North America, EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
Gartner previously worked with Euro RSCG Magnet in North America.
Text 100, whose New York office will lead the account, will focus on building Gartner's reputation among its core audience of IT managers and CIOs, but also beyond that audience, said Text 100 SVP Simon Craddock.
"We also want to move them deeper into the C-level audience, so that there is also thought leadership coming from Gartner that is being recognized by CEOs," he added.
Gartner selected Text 100 because of its previous work with the agency in Europe, Africa and India, Tom Hayes, group VP and head of Gartner's global PR team, said in a statement. "We want to leverage the benefits of a single agency model around the world, in terms of consistency of approach, uniform messaging and delivery of messages, and having a globally cohesive team."
About 35 people will work on the Gartner account globally, said Craddock.
