NEW YORK: What agency, company, or individual will be in the spotlight next year?
In its January 3rd issue, PRWeek will debut the first of what will become an annual feature. "Who to Watch in 2005" will identify one outstanding headliner we have been watching over the past 12 months who will continue to face both great opportunities and challenges in the new year.
PRWeek's editorial team will select one name for the top spot based on coverage over the past year, as well as on the team's interactions with people and organizations across the industry.
The selection will not be made through nominations submitted by the industry. "This feature is pretty much a pitch-free zone," said Julia Hood, editor-in-chief.
"Our editorial team has an in-depth understanding of what players are really setting the industry's agenda," she continued. "This feature is our opportunity to share with readers our perspectives beyond the news stories."
The feature will also include a number of categories for entities that are "On Our Radar," including agencies, in-house teams, media brands, technologies, and individuals.
