SAN MATEO, CA: Frank Sammann has been named CEO of Biz360, replacing Bud Michael. The announcement comes on the heels of Deborah Eastman's appointment as CMO.
"We've evolved the management team over time," said You Mon Tsang, VP of corporate development and founder of Biz360. "In a small company like this, you'll see that evolution."
Previously, Sammann worked as EVP of worldwide sales at Nielsen NetRatings. There, he assembled a sales and customer service team for the North American market to prepare for the company's IPO filing.
With a strong management team in place, Sammann said, the company is ready to go into "growth mode."
One of the efforts in the next year, Tsang said, will be expanding its global presence. Currently, 15% to 20% of the company's work is done globally.
