Both Omnicom Group and the Publicis Groupe will take a share of the prescription drug business. The drug maker has not yet decided which holding company will get which products, according to Mary-Frances Faraji, VP of global product communications.

Omnicom's PR agencies will work with Schering-Plough, according to Thomas Harrison, chairman and CEO of Omnicom?s Diversified Agency Services. Publicis did not return a call for comment.
