I had lots of fun last year testing out a less-expensive Jaguar. This model is not cheap. It has the luxury feel that you'd expect for a $70,000-plus car.

The Vanden Plas is basically a Jaguar XJ long-wheelbase model (five inches longer than other XJs) with more cool options, such as a heated steering wheel that you'll want to caress in cold-weather driving. I enjoyed it so much that my girlfriend got a bit concerned.

The leather seats cradle you like a mother holding her newborn child.

Even my 16-year-old, who generally thinks leather seats are hot and sticky, enjoyed the seats in this car.

And, if by chance, you have a chauffeur, you're in luck. This car has pull-down trays on the back of its front seats, perfect for you to be working on your lap top in the back while your driver takes you where you need to go.
