Outlook: Robert Chandler and Gianfranco Chicco say 2004 was, "the best year we've ever had." "We won every pitch we were in," says Chandler. "We have a healthcare capability that is stronger than any out there." Two years ago, they formed a leadership council within the agency, tapping the strength of its experienced team to help guide its focus, and communicate its brand values. "Being open, flexible and attuned to health - that is what we have been diligently trying to preserve every year," says Chicco.
