Key losses: Horizon Organic; Discreet; Securify; Scholastic.

Financial performance: Revenue reached 94% of Access' plan for the year. The agency's top line grew 11% from 2003, and its bottom line increased by 10%. The latter reached 100% of Access' expectations.
