SANTA CRUZ, CA: Clay Hausmann, previously MD of Ogilvy PR's San Francisco and Los Angeles offices, has joined headset maker Plantronics as VP of corporate communications. Hausmann left Ogilvy in August.
WASHINGTON: CommCore Consulting Group has appointed Kelly Kenneally to direct PR and marketing communication for its DC office. Prior to CommCore, Kenneally served as associate director with the President's Commission on White House Fellowships. Jerry Doyle, who heads CommCore's New York office and most recently served as SVP, has been promoted to EVP.

SAN FRANCISCO: Burson-Marsteller has promoted Keith Harmon to market chair in San Francisco. Harmon, who will continue as MD of the West Coast media practice, will oversee the San Francisco office. He replaces Bob Finlayson, who relocated to Burson's LA office.
NEW YORK: Educational-services provider Kaplan has promoted Melissa Mack to SVP of communications and marketing. She will assume leadership of all marketing duties for the Washington Post-owned company.
PARIS: Nicolas Raynier has joined Business Wire as manager of the southern Europe region. He was most recently the founder and CEO of CompanyNews, a commercial news distribution service based in Paris.
PALO ALTO, CA: William Hahn, SVP of corporate relations, has left Agilent Technologies. The company, a maker of scientific instruments, analysis equipment, and semiconductor products, has named Cynthia Johnson as VP of corporate relations. She will oversee internal and external communications, and government relations.
OAKLAND, CA: Multivision has added broadcast content from 19 countries to its coverage area. Ongoing television and radio feeds will be available from such countries as England, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Poland.
NEW YORK: The News Market has added two senior-level executives to its management team. Jon Petrovich will serve as chief media strategist and Kathleen Goodwin has assumed the role of VP of marketing.
MIAMI: Bacon's Information has opened a full-service, digital media monitoring center and sales office. In addition to national broadcast monitoring, the center will allow Bacon's to provide detailed media coverage of Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach counties.
AUSTIN, TX: Blanc & Otus has named Valerie Judd as the new GM of its Austin office. She replaces Craig Parks, who is leaving B&O at the end of this month to join a healthcare startup as CMO. Judd joined B&O in 1999.
KIRKLAND, WA: Robin Rees has joined Digeo, which develops digital entertainment software and services, as director of corporate communications. She has previously worked for Travelport, Onyx Software, Waggener Edstrom, and Boeing.
