LOS ANGELES: Anheuser-Busch has created two VP-level posts to help it better manage marketing to Hispanic and black consumers. Both positions will be filled by longtime company executives Henry Dominquez and Johnny Furr Jr.

NEW YORK: MPG, the media network of worldwide marketing communications group Havas, has named Dan Relton as its new SVP, director of HR. Relton was previously SVP of HR for GCI North America, part of Grey Worldwide, where he served on the company's North American leadership team.
WASHINGTON: Xenophon Strategies has added Kristina Saunders as a director. Before joining Xenophon, Saunders served as a regional spokeswoman for the Democratic National Committee, for which she oversaw the press operations in several key battleground states during the 2004 presidential election, including on-the-ground management in Florida.

CINCINNATI: Jane Garvey has been named VP of corporate communications for Convergys , which provides business, customer support, and human resources services. Garvey replaces Cheryl Campbell, who retired earlier this month. Garvey was previously VP of marketing communications at Convergys.

DUARTE, CA: Brenda Maceo has joined City of Hope as SVP of communications. Formerly, Maceo served as associate VP at the University of Southern California (USC). She is the senior associate dean for Keck School of Medicine of USC in Los Angeles.
